Application Process:

Our school incorporates a thorough application process to ensure a good fit for the child and family.  The basic steps are as follows:

1. Application Purchase
2. Pre-Trial Interview (Please contact our school to make a pre-trial appointment!)
3. Trial Class
   1. For Kindy students, they will undergo a weeklong trial period with the teacher and the class that they will attend should they pass all levels of admissions. During the class, students will be observed on social, emotional mental and physical maturity levels.  On occasion, the child may pass the trial period after the first week.  If the child does not pass, the parents can complete the registration papers.
4. Entrance Exam
   1. For primary and secondary students, they will undergo a series of entrance exams where they will be tested on their abilities in English Writing, Reading, Grammar, Maths and Science.
   2. These exams are comprehensive so parents should block out the whole day for their children to take the exams.
   3. Trial Class for primary: f the child passes the entrance exam, the student can also attend classes at RSI before official enrollment.
5. Interview with school leadership
   1. After the Kindy Trial or Primary/Secondary Entrance Exam, Students and Parents will have an official interview with School Leadership, which may include the principal, supervisor or other pertinent members of school leadership.
