At RSI, virtually all of our certified teachers use tools and methods by are supported by the latest educational research to motivate and advance your child.  As opposed to traditional styles of teaching where the learner gains data solely from the teacher and students are forced to memorize, RSI incorporates inquiry based learning and a constructivist approach.  In this manner, teachers motivate students to construct (or build) their knowledge and skills, thereby developing intrinsic motivation, transcendent skills and interpersonal skills.

Students build up knowledge through discovery in real life situations and find motivation by actively participating and thinking about the learning process. Not only do students achieve well with this kind of instruction, but they are more engaged with their learning, developing curiosity, discipline and higher thinking levels.
